Long Time from last Text

                                                        

I have been very busy for a year and i hadn`t update the blog for long time. The healing plan is still working i reached now a 70% recovery from vitiligo. Recovery from vitiligo is long lasting thing to take but t is possible to everyone  believe.  I try to make some time to upload some photos to photo section.


I have learned some new thins about immune modulating and about MSH stimulatng herbs and supplements.
I also try to find some time to write about these things.
